Michael S. Collins Funeral services for Spec. 4 Michael S. Collins, who died 22 Feb (1968) in Vietnam, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Conger-Morris downtown chapel. Committal will be in the Garden of Honor in Hillcrest Memorial Park, with full military honors from Ft. Lewis WA. Mr. Collins was born 26 Nov 1948 in Cleveland OH, and lived in Medford for the past seven years, prior to enlisting in the Army about a year ago. He was a 1966 graduate of Medford High School. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Shirley A. Vasey, Medford; two brothers, James and Eric, and three sisters, Charlene, Jolene, and Brenda, all at home; and grandparents, William Taylor, Stole OH, and Mrs. Delia Roglin, Cleveland OH.
